I1cinta only allows individuals aged 18 and above to register and use the platform. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be terminated immediately, and any remaining balance will be withheld in accordance with established procedures.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at i1cinta. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, ID number, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through valid payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. i1cinta accepts Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking only.
Any attempt to exploit system bugs, manipulate odds, use automated software (bots), or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is a serious violation that may result in permanent account suspension.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the stipulated wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling the rollover conditions set for each respective promotional offer.

I1cinta may require a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM1,000. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. Reminder: Sharing your account with anyone else, including family members, is strictly prohibited. Each individual must register their own account using their own personal information.

All deposits are processed automatically and your account balance is updated within seconds once the payment has been confirmed by the respective payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals are processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit for security and anti-money laundering purposes. Processing times are as follows:
I1cinta does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own fees, which are beyond i1cinta's control.
Bonus funds received through promotions cannot be withdrawn directly. Users must fulfil the Wagering Requirement set for each promotion before winnings derived from the bonus balance can be converted to cash and withdrawn. Check the Promotions for the detailed terms of each offer.

All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. i1cinta reserves the right to void or adjust bets under the following circumstances:

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and/or legal action at i1cinta's discretion.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting i1cinta support. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be refunded within 5 business days.
I1cinta reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases of proven fraud, i1cinta reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.
Users who wish to take a break from betting can activate the self-exclusion feature via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion can be set for a period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During the exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated, even at the user's request.
I1cinta is not liable for any financial losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses from betting, temporary technical failures, or service disruptions beyond our control. By using this platform, you acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for every betting decision made.
In no event shall i1cinta's maximum liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the i1cinta platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed arbitration procedure.
